Who is The Financial Commission?

Ultima Markets is a member of The Financial Commission, an international independent body responsible for resolving disputes in the Forex and CFD markets.
The commission ensures that traders and brokers address their concerns fairly and transparently.
Additionally, all traders are offered enhanced protection through a dedicated Compensation Fund.
The fund will cover judgements issued by the Financial Commission with up to €20,000 per client (subject to the Commission's Terms and Conditions).
In the event of an unresolved dispute with Ultima Markets, clients may file a complaint with The Financial Commission.
